Dec 28, 2020 at 7:00 PM This interactive workshop will discuss the third principle of Kwanzaa, Ujima. Participants will have the opportunity to identify a problem or task they want to address either in their own home or in the community and complete before Kwanzaa ends.

A strong personal economy is the foundation for building a strong cooperative economy. We want to buy Black, buy the block, and profit from them together. This is possible and beneficial for the greater black community when we have the dollars to invest in each other. This workshop will equip you with the basic tools to empower your personal economy, so in turn the cooperative economy can thrive. Elroy Tatem, PhD and Angela Tatem, MBA will facilitate the discussion.
December 30th at 6 pm - 6:30 pm Nia : Leading a life of purpose brings clarity and vision to your daily routine. During this session, Coach Carmen will lead you through an exercise to develop a purpose that will illustrate your purpose and motivation for the year ahead. Be sure to have 1 blank piece of paper, one pencil, and a few markers to help you create a board with some pops of color.
