Always a student, Jordan continues to sharpen his repertoire, while bringing his experiences back to the community he serves.

In this workshop we will explore barriers (trauma, relationships, religion etc.) that limit us to living a full and engaged life. Evaluating those limitations that impede experiencing “abundant life;” positive emotions we're eternally and internally entitled to. We will explore how to reconnect and increase our resilience and how to become an active participant to live fully present.

He is the founder and therapist of Beyond Living- a practice that offers opportunities both on the micro and macro levels with individual and group counseling, organizational training and consultation, as well as public speaking.

Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology) at Magee-Womens Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She completed a master’s degree in clinical research at the University of Pittsburgh during her fellowship as well.

Pala-Bukhala was born in Kenya. She lived in several countries with her parents, who worked in foreign service, and then came to the U.S. for graduate school in 1996. She has spent her career working for international and state agencies, providing economic empowerment and domestic violence prevention training. Pala-Bukhala and her family now live in Clifton Park.
