It takes about 5 business days for your application to be approved . If you are selling this certifies that you are registered to pay and charge sales tax in NY state.

Order 90 day vendors insurance for $99. and it will follow you where ever you sell your goods for the next 90 days or for $299 your business is protected for a year! most vendors insurance is by the day and is site specific so this is a good deal! This process takes 1-2 days
Get Information on running a temporary food service here.
Apply for your temporary permit from the department of Health. Make sure to make it clear to them that you want this permit to account for every Sunday throughout the summer or any additional dates that you would like them to add. Print out this application and fill it out, then call (518) 386-2818 to make arrangements to bring it to the department of health on with your payment at 107 Nott Terrace, Suite 306, Schenectady, NY 12308
